Pavilion is an exciting 36 apartment inner city development located in a ULDA precinct of Bowen Hills.
The site had an existing DA approval but AG Architects client purchased the site based on the added value we contributed by redesigning internal layouts without increasing the approved building envelope.
The efficiency of the improved design resulted in an increase in density from 25 apartments to 36 apartments.
We worked closely with the ULDA who were supportive of the additional yield because of the Superior Design Outcomes that were incorporated in terms of Accessibility,Affordability and Sustainability.
Pavilion has an urbane flavour and will make a vibrant and positive contribution to the streetscape of this rapidly emerging area.
