The brief from the client was to create a retail design based on an fashionable art gallery concept in order to showcase locally made upmarket PNG artefacts and souvenirs in Jacksons International Airport.
The theme was inspired by the mystical & rugged terrain of the Kokoda trail.
The use of raw and textured materials, locally sourced timbers, dark colours and angular detailing result in a refined and adventurous atmosphere to showcase the products on display.
